Tottenham Hotspur will look to return to winning ways when they host Aston Villa in North London on Sunday afternoon.
Spurs have dropped down to fourth after recent defeats, while the Lions are a point behind them in fifth.
Match Preview
Ange Postecoglou completely changed the mood at Tottenham after taking charge of the club in the summer.
The Australian boss led his side to an excellent start, beating the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool to remain at the top for several weeks.
But the Londoners were brought back down to earth by Chelsea who consigned them to a 4-1 defeat.
Postecoglou’s men played well but suffered a big blow when both Cristian Romero and Destiny Udogie were sent off. Nicolas Jackson scored a hat-trick and the visitors won 4-1.
To add to their troubles, the Lilywhites went on to suffer another disappointing loss at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Spurs were on course for a comfortable victory as they were leading the game 1-0 until the stoppage-time.
But a late twist saw Pablo Sarabia and Mario Lemina scoring to fire the Wanderers to a thrilling 2-1 success.
On the other hand, Aston Villa headed into the international break on a positive note after beating Fulham 3-1.
Unai Emery’s men bounced back at Villa Park after a surprising 2-0 defeat at Nottingham Forest earlier this month.
The Lions cruised past the Cottagers after an own-goal from Antonee Robinson and strikes in either half from John McGinn and Ollie Watkins.
After a seventh-place finish last season, they are now on course for another excellent top-flight campaign.
With eight wins from 12 matches, Emery’s side are currently sitting fifth in the Premier League table.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Aston Villa prediction
A few weeks ago we would have backed Tottenham for victory, but things have recently changed for Postecoglou’s men who suffered back-to-back defeats before the international break.
Villa got back on track with a 3-1 victory over Fulham, and though getting a good result in North London will be difficult, we believe Emery’s side will prevail in the end.
